2011 is the 20th Annual Seattle Hempfest. For the last nineteen years we have been educating and informing the public about all things hemp and cannabis. Our informative speakers are always an integral part of our mission.
We're excited to announce that, due to our growth, the city of Seattle has issued us a permit for a 3 day event instead of our normal 2 days. The dates for the event are August 19, 20, and 21st. On Friday, the event opens at 12:00 PM and closes at 8:00 PM. On Saturday and Sunday, the hours are from 10:00 AM until 8:00 PM. As usual, Hempfest will be at Myrtle Edwards Park along the downtown Seattle waterfront.
Once again we will be having our Speakers Social, which will be held on the festival grounds at Myrtle Edwards Park in the Hemposium tent starting at 7pm, and will open up to VIP Hempfest membership and their guests around 8pm. This is a great opportunity to network with other speakers and local activists.
